Kids have fun in the morning sun at Gardenheads Summer Camp. Mornings begin with yoga and expectations of behavior for Gardenheads. When our bodies are all stretched out and and our minds ready, we begin gardening. Campers learn all aspects of organic gardening and do arts and crafts from natural and found objects. From butterflies to grub worms, we explore the insect world. Kids will plant, tend and harvest vegetable, herb and flower gardens and eat what they grow! Organic concoctions will be made to fertilize and protect the natural way. This ideal setting has plenty of sun and shade for a comfortable and fun week plus a cool Camp House for inside activities. Each camper will receive a Gardenheads Tshirt and take home a journal of their camp experience.
